Refund policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their products. 

10-day Return Policy:
For refunds, exchanges, and returns, you have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to take advantage of the policy. After 10 days, unfortunately, we can not offer an exchange or refund.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it within its original packaging. Please let us know if your items were delivered damaged.

Returns (If applicable):

  1. Send an email to info@celestialnoir.com with your order number.

  2. Await 1-2 business days for Return Authorization (RA) - with return instructions 

  3. Ship the items back to Celestial Noir.  Once items are received, we will issue a refund. 

    - You are responsible for all shipping and handling return fees. Also, Celestial Noir does not refund the original shipping & handling fees.

    - We must have the physical items within 30 days before issuing a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Reduced Price Items (Discounted/Clearance) Items
  • Custom-made (made to order) Jewelry
  • Beauty Products
  • Opened Crystal Drinkware
  • Yoni Eggs

 

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@celestialnoir.com.

Mail Delivery Delays & Damaged Products:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Send an email with a picture and description of the damaged item to info@celestialnoir.com.  Please inform us if damages were due to mail delivery. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@celestialnoir.com.
